Three of our students competed at Son’s Premier Taekwondo Championship, bringing back some nice hardware in both poomsae (patterns) and kyorugi (sparring). Congratulations to them and thanks to Master Jessica for coaching. Special shoutout to Master Sadowsky for being a Ring Captain and refereeing at the tournament!

Four of our black belts tested (and passed) for their next Dan/Poom. Congratulations to them on a job well done!
Remember: everyone has the ability to become a black belt, as long as you work hard and never give up.
Training to kick with power is important, but training to control those kicks is essential - especially when doing headshots in sparring!

Taekwondo is more than just kicks and sparring. We also teach self defense, including defending against various weapons.
Everyone has to start somewhere, so why not at CTA!
Taekwondo is for all ages. It’s never too late to start! Come in and kick something at CTA!
CTA is closed this weekend, Saturday through Monday.
