60 years of memories! 🥳

What's your favourite memory from your time at CCS?

"I thank God every time I remember you."

It was such a joy to reflect on this sentiment from Philippians as we celebrated God's faithfulness over 60 years at Cambridge Christian School.

Laughter filled the room as we competed in a quiz about the history of the school. There were some tears of joy and sentiment as we watched the memories slideshow and recounted stories of old days. We prayed and sang about God's goodness to us. Our hearts are full of thankfulness! ❤️

Happy 60th Anniversary, CCS! 🎉

We started our celebrations with a time of fellowship for our staff and former staff. We were delighted to see so many beloved faces this morning and enjoyed a time of encouragement together. To God be the Glory!

Floating paper boats in puddles, using nature journals, structure building, drawing maps...Outdoor Education classes have officially launched at CCS! 🥳

Take a look at some of the adventures of our Outdoor Ed pioneers!

The favourite activity of the week for the Grade 3/4 class was talking about tree climbing safety and risk management with rain. 🌳

And just like that, we’re back. ❤️

There are so many special moments in the first days of the school year. Everyone is finding their way, getting to know one another, learning something new...even the teachers!

These moments aren't flashy. Just a community of people learning, growing, and looking out for one another. And boy, are we grateful we get to do it all together! ☺️

I wonder what this year will hold for us at CCS...

The classrooms are ready.
The instruments are waiting.
The books are on the shelves.
And we can't wait for the people who make CCS CCS to fill these spaces again. ❤️

Tonight, we have the joy of welcoming our new families to CCS, followed by our Back-to-School Open House for the whole school community.

Whether this is your very first year at CCS or one of many, you belong here.

Come find your classroom, say hello to your teachers, reconnect with friends, and get ready for all that this year may hold.

We wonder what God has in store for us this year. We can't wait to find out together. ❤️

The wait is over! We are excited to reveal the 2025/2026 yearbook cover at tomorrow night's Back to School Open House! 🌟

We can't wait to see you all and anticipate what the Lord has for us this year at CCS!

Be a part of our 60th Anniversary Celebration and join us to sing! 🎶

Music has always been a cherished part of the CCS story, and we would love to fill the stage with alumni and supporters for our 60th Anniversary Choir!

The commitment is small - just a Friday night rehearsal and our Saturday evening celebration - but we hope the memories (and harmonies!) will last much longer. ❤️

Have a favourite CCS choir memory? Share it below, tag the choir friends you’d love to sing beside again, and message us for more information!
