These past 8 years Little Scholars has changed and thrived to what it is today as an inclusive, welcoming center for children, families and staff. In English, ‘Cinco de Mayo’ means 5th of May, which celebrates the Mexican army’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. They celebrate is by participating in Mexican folk dancing and eating traditional food such as tacos and mole poblano.
