In English, ‘Cinco de Mayo’ means 5th of May, which celebrates the Mexican army’s victory over France at the Battle of Puebla during the Franco-Mexican War. They celebrate is by participating in Mexican folk dancing and eating traditional food such as tacos and mole poblano.
