Sharing this because this issue affects everyone who works in public education, not just teachers. At the heart of this dispute is the push to take important workplace issues out of local bargaining, where they can be addressed directly with the people who actually run our school boards and the workers who understand the day-to-day realities of our schools. Education unions are taking this to the OLRB to protect our ability to negotiate locally. ❤️✊

☔️ The EAA proudly walked with United Way Waterloo Region to show our support for a stronger Waterloo Region! 💙

The “March of 100 Umbrellas” raises awareness of the impact United Way has in our community.

This important work wouldn’t be possible without the support of everyone—including our incredible members. Thank you for helping make a difference! 💙
