You wake up for no reason. No noise, no alarm, nothing wrong, except suddenly you're wide awake and your mind is already running through tomorrow like it's a threat. The meeting. The email you haven't sent. The thing you said wrong three years ago. By the time your alarm actually goes off, you're exhausted from a day that hasn't started yet.
