๐This amazing human initially sought our help due to her reluctance to exercise and struggling with clinical obesity, feeling unwell.
After assessing her body, we discovered that Shelby's blood pressure and blood sugars were high, and she was indeed overweight, lacking energy for physical activity.

๐ Let's celebrate another "beyond-physical" transformation. She came to us as a student at the time, frustrated with her inability to gain weight or improve her physique, despite her efforts at the gym. Mentally, she felt overwhelmed and anxious, which we can all relate to.

๐ Initially, she sought our help due to fluctuating weight and query hormonal imbalances, a common issue for many busy professionals and shift workers (she is a head nurse).
