We often talk about exercise as if it’s a punishment or a hobby. In reality, it’s one of the most powerful investments you can make in your future health.
Strength training and regular physical activity are linked to:
• Better mobility and independence as we age
• Lower risk of chronic disease
• Improved bone density and muscle mass
• Better mental health and cognitive function
• A higher quality of life overall
The truth is, most of us won’t feel motivated every day. I certainly don’t. But the goal isn’t to love every workout—it’s to understand what’s at stake if we stop moving altogether.
You don’t have to train like an athlete. You just have to choose movement over inactivity more often than not.
The choice is yours.
