When things feel heavy or sad remember it's okay to ask for help.
We need to make it okay for dads and men to talk about what's ripping them up inside.
And above all else, give yourself some grace. You're doing better than you think.

I think as dads we all feel this very deeply.
There is no amount of gifts or kind words you can say that will mask the job you are doing as a father.
Be that example that you want your kids to see every day, that's what will last a lifetime.

When a man has a daughter, he has this strong love for her that he can't really explain, but never wants to be without it.
No matter how old she gets, a girl dad will love his daughter unconditionally.

It isn't just about being the strongest...💪⤵️
A father's duty isn't just to teach his son to be the strongest, or most successful.
He should also teach him kindness, empathy and calm patience.
Maybe the world will one day be a kinder place.

A father should teach his son strength..
But part of that strength is realizing when things feel heavy and that he needs to reach out for help.
Your son should never have to act tough when he's struggling, and that goes for you too dads.

It's a happy pain we can't describe...❤️⤵️
We fall in love with our daughters as babies..
And as toddlers, teenagers and even when they are fully grown.
Each version disappears but is replaced with a new one, and we love them all dearly.

There is something about a daughter that just heals your soul.
She's free, wild, caring and just a positive force in the world. And you hope she always stays like that.
But also she won't stay little forever, even if you want her too.
