Let me ask you something? How do you react when someone forces you to do something against your will?

How do you think your body feels when you try and force symptom suppression? Or force healing?

I hope the answer is obvious. Here, we don’t force healing- we support the body in getting back to coherence. Because that is what true healing is.

Most of the solutions you have been offered for your symptoms are not doing anything to address the WHY.

Your body was designed more intelligently than you could ever imagine. Your job is to give it the inputs that it requires to tap into that intelligence on its own.

Exercise doesn’t make you burn more calories. It makes you better at making energy.

This is one of the most misunderstood pieces of metabolism science. Your body is not a furnace, It is an intelligent energetic system that becomes more efficient the more you train it.

Dr. Martin Picard’s work at Columbia shows that exercise increases what he calls organismal efficiency: better mitochondria, more mitochondria, lower cellular cost per unit of work. Herman Pontzer’s research at Duke showed that Hadza hunter gatherers walking miles per day burn the same number of daily calories as office workers in industrialized countries. Their bodies adapt.

So stop chasing the number on your watch. Build the system underneath.
