Still doing it after all these years. Many might recall the days of Fun Company, Festival, Dynaflow, Take the OY Train, the larger wedding/party/showband orchestras which I had the privilege of being a part of and performing with (Eric Friedenberg, Klaas Craats, Hippocratic Oath), and also with pianist-entertainer extraordinaire Bobby Van. Teaching, coaching, and mentoring for the last dedicated twenty-two years. Need a refresher or a top-up, or just another set of eyes, ears, and ideas?

Not merely a singing teacher or a vocal coach; very often I need to be a music tutor, in essence helping someone navigate through theory, reading sheet music, and integrating the vocal melody lines with any given instrumental backtrack.

Everyone thinks they are awesome. Or have been told they are awesome. And of course, everyone wants to be awesome. But maybe, just maybe, there is room to learn new skills, enhance one's performance, and discover one's vocal potential, that only another set of eyes, ears, and strategies can determine. Even the very best athletes in the world retain coaches for various reasons to help them achieve and maintain peak performance.
