I just started participating in Goodbye - New Zealand Outdoor Skin Care B Better Outdoors challenge. In looking for the light, I also came across 3 moose resting easy underneath the tree!

LIGHT THRU LEAVES ** We are in the season of magic light- green and golden combined. Today’s mission is to look for where light passes through leaves, through flowers, even through strands of grass. This light allows you to see more of the structure within. It will be easy to read the prompt, and think “what a good idea” or “that’s so simple”. That’s the equivalent of having a gym membership and not going, or knowing that meditation is a good practice, but not actually DOING it. Nature connection is embodied, meaning you get to use all of your senses and body capability to interact. Even if a task seems extraordinarily simple, I encourage to do it with a sense of curiosity.

What will you learn? What will you see that’s been right there all along that you’ve been missing?

You probably won’t do every single mission, but give it a darn good go. You will feel better for the effort at the end of March. Invite a friend to join you, get the kids involved. They are more than ready to be curious and may help you see the miracles.

Nature's art on my window this frosty morning. I love the intricacy of the close up and how it looks like birds flying from further away! What do you see?

This looks like such an amazing way to kick off 2024 : Painting a BEAUTIFUL sunset. It is this Friday from 5-7:30 in the NW part of Calgary.

This reminds me of the many sunsets that I am blessed enough to see over the Rocky Mountains.

This post was sent from a dear friend of mine and it resonated deeply with me. Nature has so much to share. I know that I am not alone with the many changes that have happened this past year.

I have chosen to take a pause and find a new direction with Motivated by Nature. I am looking forward to new beginnings. At this point, I do not know what this new chapter looks like, I am just surrendering to the letting go for now. I feel that winter is a great hibernation and incubation time for what is meant to transpire. I would love to hear any ideas on what you would like to see or experience more of. I have appreciated your support on this journey so far. Sending many blessings your way.
