Yesterday, the discussion at .church was about our Sabbath rituals.

We all have a need to press pause for a while and we all have different ways to get what we need from our self-care.

For us, time in the woods, close to water, or near a fire is just what we need to fill our cup.

Today, Karl enjoyed some time by the Elbow River to relax and read a book.

While there, he played around with the camera and captured a few pics that demonstrates the beauty we can find in the small things.

Always impressed with the changing seasons and colours of the fall in the Edmonton river valley.

The power of a beaver dam. This area in Fish Creek Park used to have a trail running through it.

Witnessing the engineering these little creatures are capable of is always interesting.

They work many hours, days, and weeks to create their products, and then the landscape is forever changed.

Grateful to witness such an interesting place and to reflect on the process it took to be shifted.

To have the opportunity to experience such a wonderful day this late into September was a gift.

The weather was warm, the water was calm, and the company was fantastic.

The Adventure Coaches have been working together on many different adventures over the last 14 months and are excited to share our latest project with you.

This is something we are stoked to build, and after experiencing all the fun, excitement, growth, and adventure together, we are inviting you to join us.

The Calgary Adventure Tribe is starting on October 15th, and we have many exciting micro-adventures planned for you.
