We had HAPTIKmvmt come by today to put on a Haptik Movement Clinic. They geared the class towards weightlifting, focusing on squat positioning and overhead work. Helping athletes to develop kinesthetic awareness and work in a different but complementary way to our standard weightlifting workouts. A difficult time was had by all, including Coach.
Thanks again to the team, we were well taken care of. Looking forward to another one!

HAPTIK is a active recovery class meant to deload some muscles prone to overuse while loading other muscles that need to wake up! 💪
Coming back to training after a competition can be hard! 😰Overtraining can lead to injury. Canwest participants this weekend, congrats on a killer comp, ease back into training with one of our classes before you ramp up for the next one! 💦
