One of the biggest stressors of life... money.

It's impact on your fantasies, goals, and imaginations can be depression or inspiring depending on how much you actually have available to invest in yourself and your life.

But that's the thing - having the cash available is one of the hardest things I've seen people struggle with. I don't mean talking about the person having to work three jobs to barely make anything work... I'm talking about the people who make sometimes obscene amounts of profit and yet get rid of it as fast as it shows up.

Which begs a question - is your money causing you stress or is your relationship to money caused BY your stress?

Let me know what you think.

You think you've got the greatest idea, but you keep avoiding executing on it.

Here's something to think about - it's possible you do have the world's next best idea, but it's also possible that you're just not happy.

The problem then isn't that you're not full of potential, it's that you're afraid of adding fuel into the wrong tank.

Scaling an unfulfilled life doesn't fix the unfulfillment. It multiplies it.

Hence why appreciation and gratitude matter.

An opinion about entrepreneurs...

Most of them don't have a money problem. They have a 'I'm too nice' problem.

When the need to be 'nice' trumps the need for profit, you lose cash, because most of the time, people need a push.

If you wait for the prospect to 'be ready', you might wait forever, because they likely already have.

I taught my client to push - to be a little more aggressive in their client relations and boom - suddenly a three month low more than doubles in profit.

Why? Because they the learned to appreciate their value and hold their prospects accountable to that value.

Being 'nice' has a time and a place. But being 'too nice' often doesn't supply the prospect with the will to change.

Sometimes the nicest thing to do is be a little mean.

So check yourself - are you being too nice in your sales?

If you had no one to judge or compare yourself against, or compare against yourself, what would you do with the time saved?

Trust costs. I don't care if you don't believe that, because, in order for you to trust, at all, you need to use energy, and that costs energy, there you must pay to trust. Period. The problem is, if you think trust is free, then you'll trust FOR free, and that can burn you over time. Think about it another way - if you trust for free, then don't I have plenty of ways to take advantage of that? Don't give your trust away. Treat it like gold. Value it.

You might react if you hear the words:

“You’re such a disappointment.”

And you should.

Those words hit because they touch something real.

But here’s the uncomfortable truth:

There is always a risk that someone, somewhere, will see you that way.

You can spend your life trying to outrun that opinion.

Or you can do something far more powerful.

Let’s assume they’re right.

Not as self-attack.
Not as shame.
But as leverage.

How long do you want to keep hearing it from someone else
before you own it for yourself?

There’s a massive difference between:

Receiving criticism
and trying to adjust…

Versus becoming the source of your own critical feedback
and transforming because of it.

External pressure creates compliance.

Internal ownership creates evolution.

If I say:
“I am disappointed in this.”

I am no longer waiting for someone else to govern me.

I become the authority.

And the moment I become the authority,

I become the reason things change.

You don’t need motivation.

You need disappointment.

Not resentment.
Not frustration.
Not “low vibe.”
Not another breakthrough.

Disappointment.

Because disappointment means:
You had a standard.

And reality didn’t match it.

Most people would rather:
blame,
cope,
numb,
or reframe…

than admit:
“I am disappointed in this.”

But the moment you can say it —
without drama,
without self-hatred —

you regain authority.

Fantasy minus reality equals disappointment.

And that equation is honest.

The question isn’t:
“How do I feel better?”

It’s:
“What would be less disappointing?”

That’s where adults change.

We spend a lot of time trying to fix anxiety, motivation, relationships, money, habits.

But there’s a more fundamental question that usually goes untouched:

Do I want to be here—in this life, as it is, not as a future fantasy?

When the answer is unclear or quietly “no,” the nervous system designs exits: distraction, numbing, self-sabotage, endless preparation.

Those aren’t character flaws. They’re signals.

Until that question is faced honestly, most solutions stay superficial.

Childhood fears can make or break your profit potential.

I have a client who carried a single fear for 53 years… and it was blocking her willingness to market and grow her business.

Her fear of being made fun of was literally costing her every day and caused her to sabotage every effort she applied to scale her business.

Most entrepreneurs are running their business from old emotional memories — not strategy.

When you fix the emotional ledger, the financial one finally balances.

Follow for more breakthroughs like this.
