Exciting day at the dayhome! 6/16 butterflies hatched today. We are feeding them oranges and sugar water. They will eat snack right alongside the children until release day! ❤️🐛🦋

Includes two snacks and lunch, outdoor time, art/science projects, and field trips.

Hatching eggs are officially in lockdown. James and I candled them and prepared for the hatch. 5/6 are definitely looking promising. James begged to have all 6 in there because he doesn’t want to give up on anyone, even if there is a slight chance they can hatch. So let’s cross our fingers and hope for 6 chicks in the next 3-5days! We’ll be caring for these guys all Spring Break. 😊🐣❤️
