I feel I should have stepped in on a woman who was screaming at her dog, but I didn't know how. If I were on the street with lots of foot traffic, I would said, "Hey, what are you doing?" But, I was in a rather deserted spot in the park system with only one other person. I want to handle this situation better if I encounter it again. Words of wisdom appreciated?

A friend said, "I love that cafe so much I keep it a secret because I always want to get a seat." I replied, "If you love it, tell everyone. Otherwise that cafe will close." Whether you are a 'super fan' of your drycleaner, car mechanic, or life coach . . . tell everyone!!! Keep them in business. Have a gorgeous day!!!

Yesterday was my son's birthday. I took him to Alumni Sandwiches for lunch, independently owned by Jeremy Milligan. My son loves a great sandwich. Alumni has an upscale diner vibe with delicious fully packed sandwiches. The parmesan fries are loaded with parmesan. Nothing skimpy here. Yes, these are real pictures of our lunch. No, this is not a paid ad. This is a 'show up for the dream' endorsement. If you can, could you, too, feed the dream of entrepreneurs? All suggestions for future investments welcome.

I was running by the river this morning, when a woman walking along the pathway turned to her friend and said, "That's something to cherish!" I thought . . . I have not heard nor said the word cherish in a very long time. What a lovely word! Today I will find as many ways as I can to cherish everything in life.
