Last weekend, Lily-Michael competed in her very first open karate tournament in Miami, proudly representing the Cayman Islands.

and I, along with her brother Jimmy, could not be more proud of her.

What makes this even more special is that Lily only began karate less than a year ago. Since then, she has advanced incredibly quickly through hard work, discipline, and daily practice. More importantly, she has truly found a passion and joy in karate that has been amazing to witness as parents.

We are deeply grateful for the incredible support, leadership, and encouragement from the entire team at Cask Karate.

For 15+ years, Genevieve built an incredible career.
Then life shifted—motherhood, two kids, stepping away, moving countries and with that came fear, uncertainty, and a loss of confidence.

For years, she poured into our family, quietly, selflessly, fully.

But behind the scenes, she chose to come back to herself.

Over the past 5 years, she’s lost 60+ pounds and the most powerful chapter happened here in Cayman,
where she lost 35+ pounds and rebuilt her strength.

That transformation gave her something deeper, her confidence, her energy, her belief.

That’s the woman who stepped back into her business.

Lily-Michael and Jimmy advance to orange belt

and I are so proud of these two. They committed to Karate, practice daily and have advanced from white to yellow and now yellow to orange from starting last August. Lily also got asked to compete in the Miami Karate Open championship in May representing from the Cayman Islands.

Our first Kansas City TRM live seminar!

Yesterday we hosted our first TRM Live Seminar at Body Shop Gym, and the energy in the room was amazing. A full room of passionate trainers, gym owners, massage therapists, online coaches, and health professionals all coming together to learn how to grow smarter, heart-centered fitness businesses, that create more impact, income and freedom.

We dove into optimizing offers, generating leads, activating your database, and building systems that create more freedom and impact in your business.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out and made the event so special. Your engagement and openness made the room something powerful.

Special thanks to Caleb, Tatyana, and the entire Body Shop Gym community for helping bring this event to life.

One thing I’ve learned in 23 years in the fitness industry is that nothing replaces face-to-face connection. Seeing what people are building in their communities, meeting the humans behind the businesses, and sharing ideas together, that’s what this is all about.
