Why Use a Divorce Coach?
Your lawyer handles the law. Your therapist helps you process the emotions.
But who helps with everything that happens in between? Especially when you just got the nastiest message late at night, and you don't know how to respond.
That’s where I come in as a divorce coach.
I help clients deal with the real, everyday parts of separation and divorce - the difficult emails, parenting issues, documentation, mediation prep, court prep, organizing information for their lawyer, and figuring out what actually deserves their attention. I also attend legal appointments to take notes, as we know that in stressful situations it is easy to forget what was said.
I am here to help you...
✓ Use your lawyer more efficiently - not everything needs to be handled at a lawyer’s hourly rate.
✓Prepare for mediation and legal meetings - know your priorities, questions and concerns before you walk into the room.
✓Handle difficult communication - before you send the 5-paragraph response to your ex, we look at what actually needs to be said.
✓Organize documentation - we all have 100000s of screenshots, messages, emails and no idea what to do with them (work with me and I share a document organization template with you)
✓Figure out your next strategic move - divorce can feel like one crisis after another. I will help break it down so you can deal with what is exactly in front of you.
As a divorce coach, I don’t replace your lawyer or therapist. I'm just another member of your divorce team.
Because sometimes you don’t need another legal appointment.
You need someone who understands divorce to sit down with you, look at what’s happening and help you figure out what to do next.
