2023 Sinking Fund Goals:
It has been a crazy two weeks. Buying a car, selling a car,an interview, etc...
I was so excited last night to finally able to sit down and update my budget tracker as well as think about the sinking funds I need this year.
After playing around with the numbers, here are the top 4 sinking funds I am setting up for this year:
1) Home Maintenance ($1000 - $83.33x12MO)
2) Downpayment Top Up ($4,176 -$348x12MO)
3) Christmas Fund ($500 - $41.67-12MO)
4) RESP ($1524 - $127x12MO)
Completed:
☑ Emergency Fund (3MO)
We already have our EF set up so will not be including this. This year we will most likely not be traveling so I also removed our vacation fund.
