We think we all have it figured out and then we don’t.

We don’t know when something may happen we never expected that adjusts our course in life.

Something that we have no control over but face the outcomes to try to figure it out and understand why.

Our window of tolerance is small and our brain says fight, flight or freeze.

BUT…

🌸Resilience has power!
🌸Resilience gives us strength!
🌸Resilience through mindset, positive thinking, affirmations, strong belief!
🌸Resilience leads to forgiveness and hope by letting go!
🌸Resilience means taking care of your mind, body and spirit!
🌸Resilience means you move forward one step, one hour, one day, one year towards a newer you!
