HighPerformance Teamwork TrainWithPurpose

Lauren Woo represented our team at the U.S. Open Taekwondo Championships 2026 on Thursday, March 5, competing in both U30 Female Individual Poomsae and Pairs Poomsae, partnering with Guillaume Lacan, who travelled all the way from Spain. A special thank you to Guillaume for making the trip and teaming up for the pairs division. It’s always great to build connections and friendships with athletes from around the world.

It was a long day of competition — starting early in the morning and competing late in the evening at 9:00 PM. Lauren stayed focused and performed well throughout the day against strong international competition.

International competition brings valuable experience. Keep building, keep learning, and keep moving forward.
