This Black History Month event is featuring the historic evolution of beauty and fashion from the eighteen hundreds and beyond. .official will be transformed into a museum with black and white portraits displayed throughout the mall. The launch of NDC hair products will be showcased in a live student competition with cash prizes for top 3 winners plus teophies in both makeup and hair categories.
