On a healing journey, self-care isn't selfish, it's necessary. Every small step you take to nurture yourself is a step toward becoming the healthiest, happiest version of you.

June is here, bringing longer days, warmer sunshine, and gentle reminders that growth takes time.
If you're on a healing journey, remember that healing isn't about rushing to the finish line. It's about taking one step at a time, honoring where you are today, and celebrating every bit of progress along the way.
As families prepare for graduations, summer holidays, backyard BBQs, and making memories together, give yourself permission to create space for your own healing too. Rest when you need to. Set boundaries when necessary. Choose joy where you can find it. And remember that every small act of self-care matters.
