Central Christian Children's Center is Hiring!

We are looking to grow our team of Educators. We are looking for ECE.

A little bit about us, We are a play based emergent program that follows the children's lead and the BC Early Learning Framework. We have made many upgrades to our center and our curriculum. The Educators are responsible for engaging with and supervising children (ages 3-5) in a busy program setting.We value the work of our educators. While it rained over the weekend, the tires in the playground got filled with water. The children worked together to scoop out the water out. When the pots and pans were filled, soup was made.

So much to learn about Dinosaurs!
July was Dinosaur month. The Children had fun exploring the different kinds of Dinosaurs during free play as well in circle time.

Fun fact: The word “dinosaur” was originally coined by a British paleontologist named Richard Owen in 1842, and came from the Greek words dienos (“terrible”) and sauros (“reptile”).

Exploring Seeds and Bulbs 🔎

The Children are cleaning up the garden as we are preparing for planting next week.

Last spring, the Children planted cucumber seeds, tomatoes seeds, green pepper seeds and carrots seeds. During the Summer/Fall we ate from our garden.
