We are a student organization that takes an interdisciplinary approach to the learning and connecting of BCIT students with industry. We strive to encourage collaboration and knowledge transfer through workshops, volunteer and networking opportunities. Our primary goal is to provide students with exposure to career-enhancing tools that will better equip them for their future in industry.

Reminder that our AGM is happening Friday, May 15th at 12:30 -1:00PM in SE6 204.
We’ll be recapping everything the club’s done this year (events, fundraisers, networking), chatting about exec roles for next year and discussing voting for these positions if any of you is interested already, and how you can stay involved if you’re not graduating yet! Attendance is highly encouraged!!

✨ Last night’s HRA Industry Night was a resounding success! ✨

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to our guest speakers: Jun, Wendy, John, Katrina, Maria, Graysen, and Sonia for sharing their invaluable expertise and inspiring the next generation of HR.

The night wouldn’t have been possible without the leadership of our Presidents, Scarlett and Richard, our VPs of Industry Relations, Miku and Jan, along with the dedication of the entire HRA Executive team.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out to our CPHR Info Session yesterday. It was incredible to see so much passion for the future of Human Resources. It was inspiring to see so many of you ready to take the next step in your professional journey!

Special thanks to Quinne Davey and Suzie Bakajic for sharing their expertise on the CPHR designation process and for guiding the next generation of HR leaders.

We also want to recognize Leila Khan, CPHR Student Ambassador, for her commitment to empowering fellow students and helping them navigate these first crucial steps in their careers.
