🌱 Youth Development(青少年發展)
🧭 Career & Life Clarity(職涯與人生定位)
🧘 Inner Balance(內在平衡)
⸻

🧭 Career & Life Clarity:

🧘 Inner Balance:

Why Did I Found FoundMe Academy?
A friend once asked me, “Why did you decide to start FoundMe Academy?”
I thought about it for a long time.
And then I realized that this painting perfectly represents the three things I want to dedicate myself to—and the vision I have of making the world a better place.
When I look at this painting, I don’t see a forest.
I see a journey through life.
There are rocks along the way.
There are forks in the road.
There is sunlight.
There is shade.
And somehow, that perfectly reflects the three areas I want to focus on:
🌱 Youth Development
🧭 Career & Life Clarity
🧘 Inner Balance
⸻
🌱 Youth Development: Helping the Next Generation Move the Rocks Along Their Path
🔗 https://www.facebook.com/share/1D6CX27Rsj/?mibextid=wwXIfr
I have always believed that:
If we want to make the world a better place, we need to invest more of ourselves in the next generation.
Children and young people are the ones who will shape the world of tomorrow.
And along their journey of growing up, they will inevitably encounter many obstacles.
Some are academic pressure.
Some are challenges in relationships with peers.
Some come from self-doubt.
Some come from expectations placed on them by their families or society.
Just like the road in this painting.
The rocks will never completely disappear.
But as parents, teachers, coaches, and leaders, we can help young people recognize those obstacles earlier.
And sometimes, we can walk alongside them and help move those rocks out of the way.
The original purpose of FoundMe Academy was never to plan a child’s life for them.
It is to help them better understand themselves.
When young people know who they are, what they value, and what they are good at,
they become more capable of creating a path that is truly their own.
⸻
🧭 Career & Life Clarity: Helping People Find Their Own Direction
🔗 https://www.facebook.com/share/1CgCBv7hGW/?mibextid=wwXIfr
What attracts me most about this painting is the road.
It has no clearly defined destination.
There are no road signs.
Yet it continues forward.
It reminds me of the many people who have come to me for career conversations.
Many of them are not lacking ability.
They simply don’t know which direction to take.
Some are standing at a crossroads in life.
Some have just graduated.
Some are thinking about changing careers.
Some have moved to a new country.
Some have lost their sense of direction after starting a business.
What they often need most is not an answer.
They need someone to walk alongside them and help them see more possibilities.
Through GCDF career guidance, card-based tools, deep conversations, and reflection on life experiences,
I hope to be like the guide in this painting—
helping people broaden their perspective,
clear the obstacles along the way,
notice the small paths hidden behind the trees,
understand their value,
recognize their strengths,
and find a direction that is genuinely right for them.
There isn’t necessarily only one path in life.
But when you know your core values,
even if you take a few detours,
you can eventually find your way back to the path that belongs to you.
And perhaps, you can walk it with greater happiness, confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose.
⸻
🧘 Inner Balance: Taking Care of Yourself So You Can Take Care of Others
🔗 https://www.facebook.com/share/v/1EgC3Why8j/?mibextid=wwXIfr
If the road represents life,
then the forest and the sky represent the third thing I want to promote:
Inner Balance.
Over the past few years, I have come to deeply realize that:
Sometimes, our biggest challenges are not the circumstances around us, but the anxiety, fear, stress, and uncertainty within us.
That is why I began exploring sound healing, meditation, mindfulness, and different forms of holistic wellness.
Not to escape reality.
But to become stronger and more grounded in facing it.
Through sound bowl therapy, mindfulness, nature-based healing, and different approaches to mind-body-spirit integration,
I hope to help more people reconnect with themselves.
Just like the blue sky in this painting:
Calm. Expansive. Free.
I also believe that:
Nature can be one of our greatest healers.
Walk into a forest.
Feel the earth beneath your bare feet.
Hug a tree.
Sit quietly on the grass.
Many times,
the answers don’t come from thinking harder.
They emerge naturally when we finally allow ourselves to slow down and relax.
⸻
The Second Half of My Life
Perhaps this painting is the best representation of the second half of my life.
I hope to become a bridge.
A bridge that helps young people better understand themselves.
A bridge that helps adults find their direction.
A bridge that helps people regain their balance in an increasingly busy world.
Because I have always believed:
When a person knows themselves, believes in themselves, and takes good care of themselves, they become more capable of taking care of the people around them.
And when more and more people have the courage to live as their authentic selves,
the world becomes a better place.
That is the original purpose of FoundMe Academy.
And it is the vision I hope to dedicate the coming decades of my life to.
Be the driver of your life.
