Forest Grove Elementary School is located in Burnaby, BC and is home to the District's Mandarin Language Arts Program and only edible Garden program.

All parents/guardians of enrolled students are part of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Forest Grove is part of a unique community in North East Burnaby. Our school is situated in a beautiful wooded park setting at the base of Burnaby Mountain. Forest Grove provides a centre for families and includes a variety of community services including a school-based daycare, a City of Burnaby Parks and Recreation facility, and a Strongstart BC Early Learning Centre. We have a diverse student population of over 300 students who exhibit a wide variety of strengths and learning needs. We are privileged to be home to the District Mandarin Language Arts and edible garden program. Every parent or guardian of a student at Forest Grove Elementary is a member of it PAC. We are fortunate to have a supportive PAC where everyone has a voice and all contribution is appreciated. Involvement in the PAC is NOT just about fundraising. Throughout the year, the PAC organizes non-fundraising events and supports initiatives to: build community; show appreciation/support for the staff/teachers; give to those less fortunate; educate parents; promote social responsibility and environmental sustainability; and just make the children smile. Simply put, we strive to enrich the overall school experience for the children and families at our school.
