We offer the NCAA basketball experience with a Canadian education.

Simon Fraser University Men's Basketball is Canada's only NCAA men's basketball team. We play in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference (GNAC) with 9 other member schools. SFU is the only university in Canada to offer student-athletes access to a quality Canadian education & the NCAA Athletic experience. Our university is home to over 35,000 students at three separate campuses including downtown Vancouver, Surrey and the main campus in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Ruben joins the Red Leafs from Bøler Basketball Club, bringing a unique combination of size, skill, and basketball IQ. A member of Norway’s U18 National Team, he has gained valuable experience competing against top international talent.
