TKE is now listed on Hyve! If you haven't heard of Hyve (you really should have) it's just about the coolest app ever. It allows you to keep track of all the events going on around your city.

TKE has had countless brothers chose to serve thier countries over the years. Today we honour those whose choice culminated in the ultimate sacrifice.

Lest we forget.

Brandon Wong is our current Pylortes (Sergeant-At-Arms), and he's been doing a great job! He's in charge of all the risk management work and any security that need to be dealt with.

Brandon is a 4th year who's greatest motivation in life is to help people. Out of all our brothers he has taken lead on the most philanthropy projects, and as a result has accumulated the most philanthropy hours.

Growing up locally has given Brandon an eye for the best spots around town. Looking for the best bubble tea in any area? Give Brandon a call and he'll give you more accurate directions than Google maps ever could.

Over the years Brandon has experimented with various sports, ranging from team sports like football to individual sports like mixed martial arts and swimming. He is currently working as a lifeguard.

Brandon has been with the fraternity since the Burnaby colony's founding and says that he loves it as it gives him a code to abide by. He explains that he always felt as if he should act his best, but joining the fraternity has given him a sense of responsibility towards our values that he feels would be impossible to betray.

They're a local SFU based initiative and they've been taking the school by storm with their unique blend of stylishness and affordability. This is a company that truly understand the financial difficulties of being a student and has many clothing lines to help relive some of that pain.

We're just happy to be wearing designer shirts!

Happy Birthday to Frater Dennis 'Buckwheat' Perry (Alpha-Nu, University of New Hampshire). Buckwheat recently celebrated his 43rd anniversary on Tau Kappa Epsilon's Professional Staff. We hope you have a great day, Frater.

This week is su***de prevention week. This year's theme is all about raising awareness around how preventable su***de can be.

SFU has various ways of helping with su***de prevention. Ranging from the Health and Counselling Services to various clubs, and if anyone would like to find out more about any of these initiatives around campus we would be happy to direct them to the right people.
