A little something from our friends at UBC:

The Great Hatch 2018 hosted at the UBC Engineering Design Centre, March 1-3.
The Great Hatch is a medical innovation event that focuses on the collaboration of healthcare providers, designers, engineers, and other related fields to solve real-life problems in healthcare. During the hatching weekend, participants will engage in networking, mentorship, brainstorming, problem-solving, prototyping, and have the chance to make an impact in the healthcare field. This is a wonderful opportunity to get to meet like-minded people, make connections, and build lasting projects with the potential to be carried forward post-hatch. A total of over $6000 worth of funding will be given to winning teams!
If you enjoy a good challenge, love putting your skills to the test, or have a problem you would like to work towards solving, please apply! Applications are due February 2 nd.Anyone who is interested can visit our website (hatchinghealth.ca) or follow us on social media .
