☀️🌈 August Summer Camp is off to a great start! 🌈☀️

Our first week of August started great with lots of fun and learning! Our students made yummy yogurt parfaits and practiced cutting fresh fruit 🍓🍌, painted beautiful summer sunsets 🌅🎨, enjoyed playing outside ☀️, and had fun exploring colours with rainbow art experiments 🌈🧪!

We can’t wait for more summer fun! 💛

Today we welcomed students from CDI College’s Dental Assisting Program to Burnaby Montessori for a fun and interactive oral health presentation! 🦷✨ Our students learned about the importance of brushing, flossing, and keeping their teeth healthy through engaging activities and demonstrations. Thank you to the CDI College students for sharing their knowledge and making learning about dental health so much fun! 💙🪥

Our students designed their own jerseys to celebrate the end of our World Cup theme! Every shirt tells a unique story and shows the creativity, confidence, and pride of each child. What a fun way to end an unforgettable week! ⚽👕✨

Summer camp fun is in full swing! ☀️⚽🍧

Today was filled with soccer, cheering on our friends, and enjoying the delicious popsicles we made last week. From running on the field to sharing laughs together, every moment was packed with sunshine, teamwork, and sweet summer memories!

Our campers had a great day creating delicious treats!

🍧 Our Primary Class cooled off by making their own refreshing popsicles. They loved washing and blending the fruits for a summer snack.

🍕 Our Junior Class became little chefs as they made their own personal pizzas, spreading sauce, and adding toppings.

These hands on cooking activities helped build independence, creativity, fine motor skills, and confidence while having lots of summer fun!
