There is a looming assessment on Pacific,that will make it too difficult to flip right now, so we did a mini flip to ready it for rental instead. Mini flips are aimed to maximize the rental income until later when we can sell this unit.

This was a major flip. The whole inside of the unit had not been touched in over 30 years. You can see the difference in the kitchen.
