Are you looking for some weekend fun? Get creative this Halloween by designing your own jack-o-lantern!! 🎃

Come participate in our pumpkin carving contest Saturday, October 29 from 1-3pm on the 1st floor of East Tower. You can also just carve for fun!

We will be providing the pumpkins and tools, but you can bring your own if you have them!

Hello Residents!

We hope that everyone is well and healthy and taking all the necessary precautions that have been prescribed by the WHO and SFU. Here are some updates regarding the association's plans for the rest of the semester:

Events and Programming:
The RHA will not be hosting any events and programming for the rest of the semester unless the situation regarding the pandemic gets better. The RHA will be following the guidelines set out by the WHO and SFU strictly.

Advocacy Programs:
The RHA will be continuing to advocate for residents' rights with the team at Residence and Housing. We will be giving out 60 Nester's Market gift cards, worth $25 each, in the upcoming week for the residents who have decided to stay back. More information regarding the same will be released soon. The RHA will also continue to try and support the residents in the best way possible until the end of the semester.

Elections:
The annual RHA elections were originally planned to be held from the 16th to the 31st of March, but unfortunately, we were forced to postpone the elections indefinitely as many residents decided to move off the SFU Residence and holding elections would be unfair to the residents who would be interested in partaking in normal circumstances. We will be posting additional information regarding the elections in the near future.

B-Rae residents!

Due to inclement weather conditions, the Stanley Park event is cancelled.

Instead, your house-chair will be hosting a movie night at 9pm. See you in the B-Rae 5 common room! 🍿

Hello Shad Residents! There’s been a slight change in plans for the Shad Ice Skating Night.

Instead of meeting in the Shadbolt Lobby at 5:20PM, we will be meeting outside the Dining Hall at 5:00PM. We plan to be back to residence by 9:00PM.
