Calling All STMC Grads of 2006!

Your 20-year reunion is coming up, and we would love to welcome you back to STMC for Homecoming on Saturday, September 19.

Join your classmates back on campus as we gather for the Varsity Volleyball game in the morning, followed by the Homecoming football game in the afternoon, so come early to support and cheer on your Knights!

Get ready to hit the trails at Mikey’s Run, set against the scenic backdrop of Burnaby Lake. The course takes runners through a mix of wide, well-groomed trails and natural pathways, offering a beautiful and peaceful run surrounded by nature.

In Memory of Mike Lowe ‘07

Mike was the kind of person who lit up a room with his quick wit, warm heart, and infectious smile. A devoted father, son, brother, husband, friend, and passionate runner, he also carried struggles beneath the surface, faced challenges quietly, not wanting to burden others. This run honours Mike’s legacy by celebrating his love of running while encouraging openness, connection, and support.

Together this Mental Health Awareness Month, we can help others feel safe to share their struggles and find the strength to reach out. Let’s run for Mike, and for a future without stigma.

Proceeds will be donated to Heads Up Guys, the world’s leading men’s mental health resource.

Last year’s tournament was a smashing success, with a strong turnout from Knights young and old. We’re excited to build on that momentum this year! This event is open to participants (including current and alumni parents) of all skill levels—no experience required.
