With over 25 years on Vancouver Island and 20+ years working across BCโs creative industries, Tamara Leigh Tulloch brings deep, hands-on experience from both film and television production as well as live events, performing arts, and cultural festivals. Her career spans fast-paced, people-heavy environments where safety and adaptability are essential.
Tamara is a licensed Primary Care Paramedic and a current Bachelor of Emergency Management student at the Justice Institute of British Columbia, combining frontline emergency response experience with academic insight to strengthen workplace safety practices. She is a strong advocate for practical, prevention-focused approaches and brings a solid understanding of BCโs occupational health and safety regulations.

Janka Neustupovรก is a film and television professional specializing in production, health and safety, and workforce wellbeing. With academic training in Civil Protection and Crisis Management, Film Studies, and Directing for Film and TV, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to safer, more supportive production environments.
Drawing on experience across independent features, broadcast television, and international productions including her work as a Health & Safety/COVID-19 Supervisor during the pandemic, Janka has developed a strong focus on mental wellbeing and intimacy coordination in the industry. She is an IPA-certified Intimacy Coordinator, EMCC-certified Coach, and creator of the Insight initiative, developed through New Era Safety with support from Motivation Labs, which uses workforce wellbeing data to drive evidence-based change across the audio-visual sector.
