Hello everyone! Attention! We are offering a $75 reimbursement for the upcoming AME Roundup Event (January 22-25). Student *early bird* ticket prices are $100 ($25 student fee + $75 4-day pass). We will reimburse the $75, at a first come, first serve basis. Early bird pricing is until December 8. The night time activities are free, but they must be selected when purchasing a ticket.

Follow the steps below to apply for reimbursements.

Step 1: Apply for travel/conference funding through SFSS
1) Go to https://go.sfss.ca/unions/14/info
2) Click on “Apply for Travel/Conference Funding”
3) Sign in with your SFU login if prompted
4) Fill in the form with the following information:
Conference/Event Name: AME Roundup 2024
Event Date: January 22, 2024
Amount Requested: $75
Meeting Minutes: 2023-11-01
Then save.

*Please finish Step 1 before moving onto Step 2

Step 2: Invoice/receipt email
1) Attach invoice onto email and send to Mia
([email protected]) with the subject: “Your legal name - Roundup 2024”

Reimbursements are typically returned after the event has finished so your patience is appreciated!
