So 2026 started with an early morning 6am pumping workout.
1 HIIT drill, 200 Rowing's, and 20mins of AMRAP
Muscles were pumped, body was sore and soul was lit 💪🏻
Keep grinding guyz.. am sure not many of them would understand why we go through this uncomfortable process on daily basis wherein we can very well choose to just laze around.. it's okay. Do not explain..
Your 70's and 80's will thank you for this 🙌🏻

Know the science.. put in the concepts right.. and then see the magic happen.
Completed 44.5hours fasting.
Did a 800mtrs swim session.
3 black coffees a day until 2pm
Started with 157.6 lbs and ended up with 153.8lbs
Time to nourish the body with some right food.💪

Successfully completed my 6th workout of the week. This time was the cardio.
Did the best time till now. 1000m in 32.38mins
All set for the weekend 💪

1100m swim done. Slowly building upon it. No joints hurt, simply high quality cardio..
