first i want to thank you all for supporting me over the years, i have an announcement i want to share... as of JULY 2nd i will be having a price hike. my single mix cake will be going to $15. that seems like a huge jump but not really, it's only my second price hike in 35 years. in the past i felt that i wasn't in a position to raise the price but now inflation has left me no choice. i did consider calling it quits but decided to try a raise hike instead. i honestly never made any profit (or not much) with what i was charging. now, cake mix $3 (and thats a sale price), snowflake shortening $12 a tub, icing sugar some places over $2 bag, eggs are $5 dozen (give or take a few cents)... thats not to mention other supplies like foil wrap, white vanilla, icing pastes and bags... and a half dozen other minor supplies to keep going... for anyone with orders already in after july 1st date, if you want to cancel, i understand, just message me in advance. i hate to lose customers but i'll understand... please share this around to get my message out there about my price increase, this is not done in greed for more money and it do hurt me to have to increase my price, i know most people are struggling with rising costs all around us. but like i said, i've been 35 years and only hiked by $2, no other sellers have done that for sure. and again, i have appreciated your support through tough times. thank you.

bad things can happen to good cakes.... lol... please make arrangements to pick up your order as soon as I inform you its ready... a little unexpected valentine dessert for us I suppose
