It was a very special moment to present Stephanie her brown belt. Despite so much on her plate the last few years, Steph decided that this would be the year she would make the time to train for her next belt. She has such determination when she has a goal in sight. Her work ethic has never changed. So very proud of her accomplishments. Looking forward to the next level. Osu! ❤️

We were finally able to present our new Nidan’s with their belts at the beach clinic!! What an incredible test we had back in April. Exceptional performance by all. Andre, Remi and Mel always put in so much effort inside and outside of class. They prepared for this belt testing for months. All 3 represent Kyokushin very well. With their values, work ethic, passion, and willingness to share their knowledge, they help keep our school running. They show the same passion and enthusiasm for this sport, they had in the beginning. They are an inspiration to others. It’s an honor to share this next step with them and look forward to Sandan. Thank you to all for the support you showed them back in April. OSU!

Beach Clinic 2026! 🥋☀️A huge success!! Wonderful to continue the tradition of joining 3 schools for a weekend of training and fun! From Kihon , Kata and Kumite training, to beach runs, water wars ,board breakings, and a belt testing , we finished the weekend off with our karate Olympics. Congrats to this years winners, Andre, Stephanie, Thibault, Alexa, Charles and Bria. Thank you again to Sensei JJ and Sensei Denis for their continued support! OSU!

Osu as a reminder the summer camp is around the corner. Friday evening on the 10th ,11,12 th of July finishing with the usual BBQ. Please remember to bring your own food. Prices remain $25.00 a person for the weekend. If you only show up for Saturday the price will be $10.00 a person. $25.00 per night for tents. $35.00 a night for trailers.See you all there.
