Helpful sleep associations, what are they?

Helpful sleep associations are external cues that signals to your baby that sleep is near. Not only do theses association cue that sleep is near, but they also better your child’s sleep, instead of disrupt it like assistance can.

Can your child sleep without helpful associations? Yes! However, the ones I personally would never skip out on are darkness and white noise; there are many studies that prove how important both are.
