Our Grade 3 Tigers wrapped up an incredible year of home reading with the ultimate celebration: Camp Read-A-Lot!

​Our happy campers had an absolute blast diving into a day full of learning and adventure. Together, we:
​🔥 Roasted up some delicious, gooey s’mores
​🧠 Conquered camp-themed math and reading challenges
​🎨 Styled some vibrant, custom tie-dyed shirts to remember the day!

​We are so incredibly proud of our Tigers and the amazing dedication they showed to their reading goals all year long. A huge thank you to everyone at home who supported their reading journeys! 🐯❤️

National Indigenous Peoples Day at Bruderheim School! 🧡

​On Friday, our Bruderheim Tigers came together to celebrate and honour the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples in Canada.

​We kicked off our celebration with a beautiful Lunch on the Land. A massive thank you to all the families who joined us—your attendance made the afternoon extra special!

​Following our lunch and traditional Indigenous games, our students enjoyed a variety of cultural learning stations, including:
🥍 Lacrosse
🥖 Bannock making
🎨 Métis Dot Art
📿 Beading
🧶 Weaving
🌼 Dandelion painting

​It was an incredible day of community, learning, and connection. Thank you to all of our Tigers for open hearts and minds, and for being such an amazing part of this special day!

Join us for a picnic lunch on the land for National Indigenous Peoples day on Friday, June 19 from 12:30 to 1:15 in the afternoon at Bruderheim School playground. Bring a bag lunch if you will be joining us. This activity is weather permitting.

The grade 3 Tigers kicked off their countdown to summer today with a tea party! Thanks Miss. Strickland for the yummy cookies!
