An incredible initiative from a group of students in our French Rec Leadership class.

Melissa, Lex, Piper, Sarah, Ryan, Zoey, Maddie, and Grace launched this initiative for their culminating project. They raised close to $600 and 250 essential items for Leeds and Grenville Interval House.

Well done Red Rams! 🐏

💜 A heartfelt thank you to the students and staff at Brockville Collegiate Institute, especially Sarah Ball and the Recreation Leadership class, for choosing Leeds & Grenville Interval House as the recipient of your culminating fundraiser.

Through your incredible efforts—including bake sales, collecting approximately 250 essential items, and raising funds for our organization—you have made a meaningful difference in the lives of women and children experiencing violence and abuse.

Your compassion, leadership, and commitment to supporting your community remind us that even small acts of kindness can have a lasting impact. Every donated item and every dollar raised helps provide safety, comfort, and hope to those who need it most.

Thank you for standing with survivors and for showing what community truly looks like. We are so grateful for your generosity and support! 💜

Kaitlin completed a second placement with Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Leeds and Grenville.

She was able to connect with her matches once a week for an hour where they were able to play games, do arts and crafts with one-on-one attention. 🃏

Here she is with one of her matches artwork and grabbing her “bag of fun.”

Thank you to BBBS for giving her this fulfilling opportunity and providing this program for the community over the years.👫🏽

Bryce is another one of our OYAP students from this year!

Bryce completed his co-op placement at Finnigan’s Tavern studying under a few red seal chefs. 👨‍🍳

Here he is making fries to go along with the fish he made and his plated fish and chip meal. 🐟 🍟

Thank you to Finnigan’s Tavern for providing him this wonderful learning opportunity.
