Great things happen when local partners work together! 🏀✂️

I was thrilled to join representatives from the Brighton Public School Parent Council and local school administrators to officially cut the ribbon on the new basketball courts at Brighton Public School!

The Municipality was proud to partner with the Parent Council to help fund the creation of these new facilities. Through a Memorandum of Understanding signed with the school board, these courts are not only for student use during the school day, but are also fully open for community enjoyment whenever students are off site.

Thank you to the Parent Council, school administrators, and municipal staff who collaborated to make this project a reality for our youth and local families. Grab a ball and come shoot some hoops! 🏀☀️
