Do you need balloons for an event next week?

Our Grade 8 Farewell is Monday June 22, and we are using balloons to decorate ! We would hate to see them popped and in the garbage afterwards! Send the PAC a message here, or email the Grade 8 Farewell planning committee at [email protected]
and let us know if you want them! We will have gold and white arches, as well as gold, white and teal strands!

- Donation of Door Prizes - unused items or donations from local businesses

Important Reminders:
- The event is for students only
- Cell phone policy: photos are okay, NO videos at all. Please review this with your student/child.
- Purses and bags will be checked at the door, small purses allowed in but large bags will be locked in the mini gym for the whole event.

Grade 8 Families/Parents!
Thank you for submitting baby/toddler photos for the slideshow!

We are now requesting pictures to put together a slideshow of their journey through middle school, which will run throughout the event for kids to enjoy spotting themselves and their friends. To make this truly special, we need your help! Whether you want to send in a few dozen photos or just one or two favorites, every contribution helps.

🌟 What kind of photos are we looking for?

We would love to see a mix of moments from Grade 8 and their middle school years, including:

School events & field trips

Sports teams and extracurricular activities

Candids/ Group Selfies of them hanging out, laughing, and making memories with friends

To make this as easy as possible, you can send your photos in whatever format works best for you:

Google Photos Link: Feel free to email us a link to a Google Album we can download them from.

Cloud Links / Zip Files: Standard file-sharing links (Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud) or .zip folders are also perfectly fine!

🗓️ Submission Deadline: Please send all photos by June 18th so we have plenty of time to compile everything into the slideshow.

Final Hot Lunch of the Year!
June 24th - Bin 4 will be available to purchase for FUN DAY!

On behalf of the Bayside PAC, we would like to thank all families for supporting the Hot Lunch program this year. To date, we have generated about $12,000 in profit from these lunches, which will go directly toward the cost of the new gym bleachers that are being installed over the summer. We are still accepting last-minute donations to complete our build the bleachers fund - Contributions can be made through the "Build the Bleachers" order, directly through either of the hot lunch orders, or via e-transfer to [email protected].
