Come on down to the kids Canada Day area behind the giant Canada flag and check out our Labour Day Soapbox Display. Take a run down our mini ramp and win some free Derby branded swag. We will be at Lions Park in Brantford until 6 pm.

The Brantford & District Labour Council will have our ramp and 2 past competitor cars on display at Lions Park on Canada Day ( July 1). Kids 5-12 drop by, win some prizes, bring a family member if you want to chat about building or entering a car for this year's Brantford Labour Day Soap Box Derby happening Sept 7, 2026, on Elgin Street Hill. This year's race will be run in remembrance of Bob Sardinski, a lifelong Union Activist and our beloved Finish Line Race Steward to thousands of young racers over the years
