Our Pho Bo Kho is our more complex version of “Pho”, it’s made with braised Carrots, and Beef chunks in its flavourful Spicy Beef Broth. This delicious dish is flavored with chili, five-spice, fish sauce, lemongrass, plenty of garlic, and tomato. Its familiar red color comes from the addition of fragrant annatto, which imparts a distinctive red color! Our secret color code has been leaked.. only because we love sharing our ingredients with our diners🌱
