🧹 The Role:

• Lead small crews on residential and commercial cleans
• Perform quality checks and make sure every job meets our high standards
• Train and support new team members
• Communicate professionally with clients and report to management
• Lead by example and help keep the team organized and on track

• Have professional cleaning experience (lead/supervisory experience is a big plus!)
• Take pride in the details and hold yourself to a high standard
• Are reliable, punctual, and dependable
• Have your own transportation
