A very happy day!. After hours of repairs to fix vandalised parts of this work, today “Eagles Nest” was installed in its new home in Jim Walsh Park, Eagle Place, Brantford. The project was completed in 2011 by students from the Art After School Kids (AASK) programme to celebrate their neighbourhood, family and friends. Go check it out!
Thanks to the City of Brantford team for framework and installation and for its continuing care. Still to come: finishing the frame and major caulking to keep it safe. And a dedication plaque to the students and all those involved. Watch this space!
My grateful thanks to Irena Zenewych for the vision and dedication to bring this project to fruition for the students and for Eagle Place.
