I recently had the privilege of spending time with the participants of the Newcomer Entrepreneurship Program at The Business Centre Nipissing Parry Sound Inc.

What a powerful room.

We focused on Taking the Next Bold Step, not just in business, but in leadership and personal growth. We unpacked Bold Leadership and explored how to create meaningful connections through intentional communication.

The energy was contagious. Conversations were rich. New relationships were formed.

More importantly, they left with clarity:

They are leaders.
They are bold.
They have what it takes to build meaningful connections, regardless of the obstacles ahead.

A special thank you to Harveen Kaur and her team for the incredible work you’re doing with newcomer entrepreneurs who carry big ideas and even bigger potential. The respect in the room spoke volumes about the investment you make in their lives.

It was a pleasure collaborating with the Sarnia-Lambton Newcomer Hub and the Centre Communautaire Francophone de Sarnia for their Francophone Entrepreneurs and Employers Networking Lunch! 🇨🇦

I had the opportunity to share my experience establishing myself in Sarnia, speak about the power of community, and highlight the resources and opportunities that make success possible here.

It was also great to offer practical guidance on how to approach this job fair with intentionality and purpose, making every conversation count.
