What should I bring to a sound bath?
Whether you’re joining us for a floating sound bath or settling into one of our cozy hammocks, we want you to feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
From the moment you arrive, our goal is to take care of the little details so you can simply settle in and enjoy your experience.
We provide a blanket for every guest, along with blackout eye masks, heated eye mask options, and optional aromatherapy for your linens.
A few things we recommend bringing:
* A pillow for extra comfort
* An extra blanket if you like to be extra cozy
* Comfortable, layered clothing so you can adjust throughout your experience
Joining us for a floating sound bath?
There’s no need to wear a bathing suit unless you want to! Workout clothes, sweats, pajamas — whatever you’re most comfortable in is perfectly fine. We just recommend bringing a towel and a change of clothes in case you get a little damp.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time. This allows everyone time to get settled, get comfortable, and prepare for their experience without feeling rushed.
Swipe through for everything you need to know before your class.
And remember, there’s no right or wrong way to experience a sound bath. You don’t need to meditate perfectly, clear your mind, or have some profound experience.
If you can give yourself an hour to rest, let that be enough.
We look forward to welcoming you.
